Innovative Bidding connects qualified contractors with new business opportunities. Contractors can utilize the connections of Innovative Bidding to maximize the amount of business they perform without exhausting efforts on costly marketing and advertising endeavors. It is a simple, seamless and valuable resource. There are no fees charged to contractors unless bids are accepted (we simply charge a small fee to the contractor that is selected to complete the project). That's it! No other fees, costs or charges.

How does it work?

1.     To utilize the services of Innovative Bidding, please contacts us via phone (888-688-IBID) or this website (Become a Contractor)

2.     We conduct a preliminary search on your company (License, BBB, etc.) and if you pass our initial screens you may be invited you to be part of our contractor network.  At this time, we will forward you our Contractor Application to get additional information on your company (references, examples of work, and any other information that might be pertinent to our clients).

3.     Innovative Bidding then contacts you with bid requests within your area(s) of expertise and you assess the project, complete background research, and provide a completed bid to Innovative Bidding within a specified timeline.

4.     Final decisions are then made by the client. Clients have access to contractor references and information to aid in decision-making. Upon bid acceptance all communication, contracts and project details are between the contractor and client directly. Innovative Bidding remains a resource for both the contractor and client until the project has been completed successfully.

No fees?
Innovative Bidding provides the consulting services detailed above at no charge to clients and contractors unless a bid is accepted. Upon bid acceptance a fee is charged to the contractor based on the schedule provided with the Contractor Agreement and Contractor Application.

What is expected of contractors?
• Coordinate with clients to directly assess jobs.
• Promptly submit bids to Innovative Bidding by date specified on Bid Request.
• Perform professional quality services and work.
• Ensure complete client satisfaction.
